Dr. Avis D. Dickey, a motivational keynote speaker and a leadership development consultant, has a story shaped by years of service, steady learning and deep faith. For more than 35 years, she worked across government, healthcare, education, and the U.S. Navy Reserve, often leading teams during change and uncertain moments. As a Senior Executive Service leader, she stayed close to the people she served, not just the positions they held. Helping others grow and adjust came naturally to her.
